Ardent Health Services to Broadcast Conference Call Live on the Company's Website.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Company to Provide Update on Its Internal Review in Albuquerque, New Mexico 

Ardent Health Services announced today that it will provide an online Web listen-only simulcast of its conference scheduled for Tuesday, November 30, 2004, at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. Senior management will be hosting the conference call to provide an update on the Company's previously announced internal review of possible violations of Lovelace Sandia Health System, Inc.'s (LSHS) accounting policies concerning how LSHS was reconciling accounts between its internal health care provider network and its health plan. The company will issue a press release on the update prior to the conference call.

The live broadcast of Ardent's conference call will begin at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30. The link to the event can be found at the company's website at www.ardenthealth.com.
