Arden Group, Inc. Announces Stock Purchase.


LOS ANGELES Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  -- Arden Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:ARDNA) announced that it has purchased 68,331 shares of its Class A Common Stock in an unsolicited private transaction for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $7,516,410.
