(Nasdaq:ARDNA) announced that at its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 28, 2006, the stockholders of the Company re-elected Steven Romick as a director for a term expiring with the Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2009 and ratified the selection of Moss Adams Moss Adams LLP is the 12th largest public accounting firm in the United States and provides accounting, tax and consulting services to public and private middle-market enterprises in many different industries. LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2006. The Company also announced at the meeting that Steven C. Gordon, who had been nominated for re-election, had decided not to stand for re-election to the Company's Board of Directors in order to devote more time to his personal business. Mr. Gordon had also been a member of the Company's Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors. Due to the vacancy on the Audit Committee, the Company is no longer in compliance with the audit committee composition requirement under NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350(d)(2)(A) which requires that the Audit Committee consist of at least three independent members. The Company is in the process of undergoing a search to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors and on the Audit Committee within the allowed cure period.
