The Company also announced that today, prior to the meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company elected Steven C. Gordon as a director to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors with a term expiring with the annual meeting in 2006. That position became vacant upon the death of one of the Company directors, Ben Winters, in February 2005. Mr. Gordon was also elected a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Gordon is presently President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Domino Realty, a privately held real estate investment and development firm in Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California.
