(Nasdaq:ARDNA) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company elected M. Mark Albert as a director, effective February 28, 2007, to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors having a term of office expiring at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2008. Mr. Albert was also elected a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Coinciding with Mr. Albert's election to the Audit Committee, Mr. John G. Danhakl resigned his position on the Audit Committee. Mr. Danhakl remains on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Company's Compensation Committee. Mr. Albert is Albert I, king of the Belgians Albert I, 1875–1934, king of the Belgians (1909–34), nephew and successor of Leopold II. He married (1900) Elizabeth, a Bavarian princess. a Managing Director of TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, an independent mezzanine firm.
