Arctic Cat Appoints David A. Roberts to Its Board of Directors.

) today announced the appointment of David A. Roberts, 58, to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Roberts currently serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Graco Inc., a world leader in fluid management systems and components. Before joining Graco in June 2001, Roberts was group vice president for the Marmon Group in Chicago. Since beginning his career in 1969, he has held various manufacturing, engineering, and general management positions with The Budd Company, Pitney Bowes and FMC See fixed mobile convergence.  Corporation.
