) today announced it will manufacture five utility-class ATV models for distribution in select European agricultural markets under the Massey Ferguson(R)brand name. Massey Ferguson has the world's largest distribution network for agricultural equipment.

 Corporation also plan market evaluations in other European markets, as well as Africa, the Middle East, East Asia and the Pacific Rim. AGCO-U.K. will not distribute Massey Ferguson-branded ATVs in North America.

Twomey did not disclose unit volumes associated with the agreement. He said the relationship with a leading, well-established agricultural brand like Massey Ferguson provides entry to important international markets "by leveraging a distribution system that sets farming industry standards for excellence in equipment sales and marketing, parts, service and technical support."
