Architects unveil designs.


DMR (Digital Media Receiver) See digital media hub.  Architects announced that they have designed, a new, six-story apartment building located on Erie and 10th Streets in Jersey City, New Jersey.

DMR Architects was hired by Jersey City-based residential developer, Exeter Property Company, to undertake the project now known as The Schroeder Lofts.

Currently under construction, completion is anticipated by the end of 2006.

In an effort to blend in Verb 1. blend in - blend or harmonize; "This flavor will blend with those in your dish"; "This sofa won't go with the chairs"

 with the area and appeal to the community, DMR Architects designed the building to complement the pre-existing local architecture.

The residential building, currently under construction, will boast 58 residential units, a fitness center, community room, and an above-ground, two-story parking garage. It is also adjacent to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, which connects Bayonne and Jersey City with Jersey City's Exchange Place, Newport Center Newport Center is a business, shopping, and entertainment district located on a high bluff overlooking Newport Harbor in Newport Beach, California. It was created in the early 1960s as part of William Pereira's master plan for the Irvine Ranch. , and Hoboken Terminal Hoboken Terminal, located on the Hudson River waterfront in Hoboken, New Jersey, is a major transportation hub. Designed by architect Kenneth M. Murchison in the Beaux-Arts style, the rail and ferry terminal buildings were constructed in 1907 as the Delaware, Lackawanna and .
