Architects tapped to design medical facility.

Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. is working in conjunction with D6 Developments, LLC, a private real estate development company which specializes in multi-family, retail, mixed use and adaptive reuse projects, to develop a two-story, 25,000 s/f medical office facility in Hackettstown, New Jersey.

The proposed location is on Willow Grove Street.

Less then one half a mile from Hackettstown Hospital, this medical office space will feature up to 10 state-of-the-art medical units of 1,500 to 2,500 square feet and abundant parking. The facility provides access to Routes 46 and 57, as well as 1-80.

The building is being marked by Ron Numon of Weichert Realtors who has been successful in pre-leasing over 20 percent of the building. Spaces is available for both rental and condominium purchase.
