The goal was to modify the building, originally designed as a single-occupant corporate headquarters, for leasing to multi-tenants while enhancing the public areas to meet the BPG Regional Elite standard. The renovation included a complete redesign of the main lobby, upper elevator lobbies, elevator cabs, toilet rooms, a fitness center, and a cafe, featuring rich materials, decorative lighting, and eye catching colors. KSS director of interior design Sheila Spriggs Nall, ASID ASID American Society of Interior Designers ASID Address Space Identifier ASID Access, Searching, and Indexing of Directories ASID Advanced Secure Information Dissemination ASID Application Specific Integrated Device ASID Advanced System Integration Demonstration , headed the project. She commented, "The renovation was tailored to be visually attractive to people passing on Route 1, incorporating new landscaping, lighting, and color.
