Architects stretch out at Park Ave.Meltzer/Mandl Architects, one of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of City's most prominent multifamily designers, has signed a lease to expand their existing space by 2,326 square feet to a total of 8,326 square feet at 215 Park Avenue South. Their office lies just off of Union Square, where it shares a block with the W Hotel. The lease gives the firm the entire 14th floor, and allows for an expansion of up to 15 architects and designers, which would bring the firm to 52 professionals. David Mandl, president of Meltzer/Mandl Architects, represented the firm in the transaction. On the heels of that work, it is beginning construction on the newly leased space.
