Architects stretch out at Park Ave.


Meltzer/Mandl Architects, one of New York New York, state, United States

 City's most prominent multifamily designers, has signed a lease to expand their existing space by 2,326 square feet to a total of 8,326 square feet at 215 Park Avenue South. Their office lies just off of Union Square, where it shares a block with the W Hotel. The lease gives the firm the entire 14th floor, and allows for an expansion of up to 15 architects and designers, which would bring the firm to 52 professionals.

Meltzer/Mandl Architects has seen its business flourish in recent years. The firm has just completed a three-month complete renovation of its office and the public corridor on its floor, and used the opportunity to create four additional workspaces for its growing staff. On the heels of that work, it is beginning construction on the newly leased space.
