Their office lies just off of Union Square, where it shares a block with the W Hotel. The lease gives the firm the entire 14th floor, and allows for an expansion of up to 15 architects and designers, which would bring the firm to 52 professionals. David Mandl, president of Meltzer/Mandl Architects, represented the firm in the transaction.
