Architects renew and expand on W19th.


The Kaufman Organization has announced that FX & Fowle Architects, one of the architects for the new New York New New York is the name of three futuristic cities modelled on New York City:
  • For the city in Futurama, see List of Futurama places#New New York
  • For the city on New Earth (known in full as "New New New New New New New New New New New New New New New York") in
 Times Building, has renewed 20,800 s/f and taken an additional 6,500 s/f, to occupy a total of 27,300 square feet at 22 West 19th Street in a 15-year lease.

"FX & Fowle had been located in the building for a number of years, and when it was time for the company to expand, we were glad to be able to provide them with the space they needed in the building they had come to think of as 'home,'" said Kaufman. "There will be renovations as per FX & Fowle's plans."

22 West 19th Street, also known as The Cluett Building, is located in Chelsea.

The building is 100% leased, and other major tenants include Office Furniture Heaven and Dale Pro Audio.
