Two magnificent condominiums will include special private glass-enclosed walking bridges between the residential tower and private space in the eight-story building. The project includes a 49-unit underground parking garage and 24-hour concierge service, plus a slew of other amenities. The project requires zoning variances for usage and for accessory parking.
