Archer Medical Technologies Announces New Company President.

SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas -- Archer Medical Technologies, Inc (Pink Sheets:ARHT) announced today that current Executive Vice President, Paul Tibbets, assumed the duties and role of President effective Sept. 1, 2004. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Paul began his career at Texas Instruments and since has developed an extensive background in sales, marketing, and operations for several start-up companies in the high tech and medical industries more recently in the cardiovascular arena. Paul will focus on current capitalization efforts, manufacturing relationships, and expanding the organization with key personnel in areas such as marketing, sales, and finance.
