David Smith is elected as executive vice president, secretary and general counsel. Brian Peterson will serve as senior vice president, corporate affairs, following the retirement of Larry Cunningham. J. Kevin Burgard is elected vice president and will replace Peterson as managing director of ADM International. Matthew Jansen is promoted to vice president and will continue to serve as president of the South American oilseed processing division. A.
