Archer Daniels Midland Co., Decatur, Ill., announces new appointments to the oilseed processing division. Brent Fenton is named vice president of North American oilseed processing. He will be responsible for cottonseed crushing, canola seed crushing and Southern Cellulose Products Inc., a subsidiary of ADM. Fenton joined the company in 1992 and previously served as merchandising manager. Mike Livergood is also named vice president, in charge of sunflower seed and flaxseed flaxseed /flax·seed/ (flak´sed) linseed. crushing. In addition, he will continue to manage the specialty oils division. He joined ADM in 1975.
