Archer Daniels Midland Co., Decatur, Ill., announces personnel changes in the corporate affairs department. Anthony DeLio, corporate vice president, assumes additional responsibilities supervising public relations. He will also coordinate corporate social responsibility issues, while continuing to direct the corporate marketing department. Gregory W. Webb is named vice president of public affairs. He joined ADM in 1986 and most recently served as the company's North American trade representative for grain and oilseeds.
