Archbishop Milingo tells all. (News in Brief: Vatican).


Rome--Previous issues of C.I. (Oct. 01, pp.23-24; Dec. 01, p.23) outlined the "marital" misadventures of Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo Emmanuel Milingo (born June 13, 1930) was a Zambian Roman Catholic archbishop.

In 1969, when Milingo was only 39, Pope Paul VI consecrated him as the Bishop of the Archdiocese of Lusaka.

Archbishop Milingo has been in spiritual retreat with the Focolare movement in Argentina, with plans to return to Italy in October, where he will take up his ministry in the Zagarolo centre of spirituality near Rome. He will also continue to guide three religious congregations that he founded in Zambia.
