Arch Petroleum Inc. announces third quarter results.


Petroleum Inc. (Nasdaq: ARCH) announced Monday that it was reporting a net loss of $327,000 ($.04 per common share after preferred dividends preferred dividend n. a payment of a corporation's profits to holders of preferred shares of stock. (See: preferred stock) ) on revenues of $18.7 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1995.

Cash flows from operations before changes in working capital was $448,000 for the quarter. Arch reported a net loss of $169,000 ($.01 per common share) on revenues of $26.8 million for the comparable period in 1994.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1995, the company reported a net loss of $170,000 ($.08 per common share after preferred dividends) on revenues of $49.6 million vs. a net loss of $589,000 ($.03 per common share) on revenues of $69.7 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1994.
