Arch Chemicals' HTH Water Products Business Expands into Argentina Through Marketing Alliance with Clorotec.

SAO PAULO, Brasil -- Arch Chemicals, Inc., whose HTH(R) Water Products business is a leader in the Brazilian swimming pool treatment market, has expanded into Argentina by entering into a marketing alliance with Clorotec, a leading pool product company based in Buenos Aires. Under the agreement, whose terms were not disclosed, Arch will assume responsibility for selling the Clorotec(R) and MagicPool(R) brands in Argentina, and Clorotec will manufacture and package those products exclusively for Arch.
