ArcelorMittal Acquires Astralloy.


LUXEMBOURG -- Regulatory News:

ArcelorMittal, the world largest integrated metals and mining company, has acquired Astralloy Steel Products Inc. ("Astralloy") a subsidiary of IMS (1) See IP Multimedia Subsystem.
