ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:ARCS) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Winncom Technologies Corp., has signed an agreement to distribute microwave telecommunication equipment for Stratex Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:STXN) throughout North America.

Winncom is a leading supplier of Wi-Fi products, as well as wireless LAN/WAN networking systems, data communications infrastructure products, and related software, to VARs and system integrators.
