Arbortext Targets Italy as it Continues Global Expansion; Appoints Luigi Roberti as Country Manager.


ANN ARBOR Ann Arbor, city (1990 pop. 109,592), seat of Washtenaw co., S Mich., on the Huron River; inc. 1851. It is a research and educational center, with a large number of government and industrial research and development firms, many in high-technology fields such as , Mich. -- Arbortext, the leading provider of Enterprise Publishing Software, today announced the appointment of Luigi Roberti as Country Manager for Italy. In this role, Mr. Roberti will be responsible for developing and executing plans that help Arbortext achieve its growth objectives in Italy. Two key elements of the plan center around Italy's integrator channel partnerships and extending the company's support to new and existing customers.

Roberti brings with him excellent knowledge about the Italian publishing market. Most recently from Ideare S.p.A (a TISCALI Group company) and Document Solutions, Roberti built and implemented channel partnerships with the most important Italian system integrators, including Accenture, CAP Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y), Eustema, Webegg, Reply, Finsiel, and Etnoteam. Roberti was also instrumental in building and delivering partner training programs and customer service programs.
