 has been approved as a Fannie Mae Fannie Mae: see Federal National Mortgage Association.  Seniors Housing lender. Fannie Mae's Senior Housing Product provides flexible financing for eligible seniors housing properties. These include independent living, assisted living and/or assisted living with Alzheimer's care facilities.
