Arbonne Opens Greenwood Distribution Center; Distribution Center Opening Creates 440 Jobs and Supports Arbonne's 1,000,000 Independent Consultants Nationwide.

IRVINE, Calif. -- Today, Arbonne International, an Irvine, California-based company developing and distributing premium Swiss-formulated skin care products, marked the opening of a state-of-the-art distribution center in Greenwood, IN. This center will serve approximately two-thirds of the United States allowing 99% of orders to be delivered within three days.

"In 2005, Arbonne experienced unprecedented growth with a 164% increase in sales, creating the need for an additional distribution center," said Bob Henry, Arbonne Chairman and CEO. "This new distribution center supports us in our vision to provide skin care products unparalleled in quality and effectiveness."

The new distribution center now has 440 full-time employees working Monday through Saturday on two shifts. This number exceeds Arbonne's original projection for 300 employees by July.

Governor Mitch Daniels and Greenwood Mayor Charles E. Henderson joined Arbonne Executive Team members, Independent Consultants and special guests in touring the new center and officially welcoming Arbonne.

"Arbonne International considered locations in several different states for its Midwest distribution facility, and Indiana was clearly the company's best choice. Indiana is already home to more than 29,292 Arbonne Independent Consultants, and this new distribution center is another economic win for Hoosiers," said Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels.

DISTRIBUTION CENTER

The Greenwood Distribution Center is a 208,000 square foot complex located at 800 Commerce Parkway Drive West, off I-65 at the Greenwood exit 99. The facility will achieve a 100% accuracy rate for more than 35,000 daily shipments.

Carol Hukari, Senior Vice President of Operations said, "Arbonne has been experiencing explosive growth over the past several years. Our new facility is a critical addition to help us keep up with that growth and improve our ability to ship packages to consultants and their customers in a timely manner. This distribution center will help us provide targeted 3-day delivery, from time of shipment, to those in the Eastern half of the United States."

Richard Estalella, VP Warehouse and Distribution, oversaw the design of the center to employ state-of-the-art technology at all levels. Estalella has more than 20 years of experience engineering distribution facilities for retail and manufacturing organizations. He says, "Arbonne has made the investment to incorporate the latest technology for automated distribution. It's the next generation of distribution and warehousing. Our employees are an integral part of the solution to achieve faster turnaround times. Our existing Irvine facility has recently been expanded and reengineered, but Greenwood will represent a much larger operation serving approximately two-thirds of the United States."
