Arbitron Inc. Corrects Conference Call Statement.

: ARB) today held a conference call discussing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2001.

 noted that the Company recorded $5.9 million in selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses for the quarter. The actual SG&A expense for the quarter was approximately $12.5 million, as was correctly indicated in the Company press release issued earlier this morning.
