Serving as construction manager, Aragon created an additional 10,000 s/f of office space for the growing company--the building's largest tenant--allowing it to expand its existing operations to the 18th floor of the tower.

"This is the fourth floor of office space we have built for BISYS at 245 Fifth Ave.," said Aragon president and founder Alex L. Getelman, who also worked with BISYS to construct its offices at 90 Park Ave. and 199 Water St. In addition, Aragon is currently renovating the company's further expansion on the 15th floor of 245 Fifth Ave. and will be constructing additional space for the firm at 199 Water St. this fall.

Mr. Getelman continues, "Similar to the third, 16th and 17th floors, this space will feature a number of executive offices to accommodate the company's growing staff."

  • Temple Beth Israel
  • Congregation Beth Israel in West Hartford, Connecticut
 and Holtz Learning Center.
