Cloud 9 Shuttle Selects Aradiant to Provide Exceptional Customer

Service to all of its Travelers

Aradiant Corp., a leading provider of personalized, outsourced customer care and technical support, today announced that it has been selected by Cloud 9 Shuttle to operate its reservations center.

Cloud 9 Shuttle, San Diego's largest transportation company, has partnered with Aradiant to provide its customers with exceptional customer service that will help to increase the company's overall sales revenues.

As a result of the 9-11 attack on our country, the travel industry in America was devastated. Both airlines and travel-related businesses have been challenged to remain viable. In a progressive move to recover lost revenues and increased efficiencies, and to provide a higher level of service to its customers, Cloud 9 Shuttle has aligned itself with Aradiant who will service Cloud 9's customers from its state-of-the-art call center facility located in San Diego.

During each customer interaction iGuides will proactively identify opportunities to up-sell passengers from vehicles such as vans to a more personalized experience in luxury sedans or limousines.
