Arabic Book Fair Set to Sizzle - Leading Chefs Announced.


Popular TV chef and author Chef Ramzi, famous for his "Alam Al Sabbah" live television Morning Show, will be appearing at the Arabic Book Fair (London) on Sunday 13 April, 2008 to meet his many fans in London and sign copies of his books.Chef Ramzi's book signing has been was facilitated by the announcement that leading light in UK catering, Joudie Kalla, will be the exclusive cater to the Arabic Book Fair. To celebrate these two great culinary names Culinary names, menu names, or kitchen names are names of foods used in the preparation or selling of food, as opposed to their names in agriculture or in scientific nomenclature. The menu name may even be different from the kitchen name.  at the event, they will be located in a dedicated area so that gourmands can feast on Joudies' sumptuous creations while chatting to both her and Chef Ramzi, while he signs copies of his books.Joudie Kalla, a 30 year old Palestinian Chef based in London, has worked in Gordon Ramsay's restaurant Pengelley's under Ian Pengelley, Daphnes and then Papillon papillon (păp`əlŏn'), breed of toy dog whose origins are obscure but whose widespread existence in Europe is attested to as early as the 17th cent. It stands from 8 to 11 in. (20.3–27.  with Head chef David Duverger. She has forged a reputation as one of the country's top caterers.Joudie has a diverse range of cooking styles that include British, French, Fusion, Italian, Southern French and Middle-Eastern food, a perfect match for Chef Ramzi's style, as he also likes to present his views with a broad range of cuisines.
