ArQule Announces Departure of Board Member.WOBURN, Mass. -- ArQule, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARQL) today announced the resignation of Tuan Ha-Ngoc, a director of the company, effective November 17, 2006. Mr. Ha-Ngoc is president and chief executive officer of AVEO Pharmaceuticals Inc. Because both ArQule and AVEO are engaged in oncology-focused drug discovery and development, Mr. Ha-Ngoc decided that it was an appropriate time for him to step down from the board of ArQule.
