ArQule, Inc. to Report Third Quarter Financial Results on October 27, 2005; Conference Call and Webcast Scheduled for 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time.


WOBURN, Mass. -- ArQule, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARQL) today announced that it will report its financial results for the third quarter on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at 7:00 a.m. (eastern time), and hold a conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET. Dr. Stephen A. Hill, ArQule's president and chief executive officer, will lead the call.
