Aquila, Inc. Names Christopher M. Reitz As Interim General Counsel And Corporate Secretary.KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Christopher M. Reitz has been named interim general counsel and corporate secretary by Richard C. Green, chairman and chief executive officer of Aquila, Inc. (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :ILA). Reitz currently is assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for Aquila. He succeeds Leslie J. Parrette, Jr., who will be leaving in early March to join another firm. Reitz joined Aquila in 2000 as senior corporate counsel. He has prior legal experience with Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP, Sprint and Cerner Corporation.
