Here's what's up:

June 22-26: "Oceans of Fun," ages 4 and 5; exploring the aquarium, with songs, games and art projects.

June 29-July 3: "Water Worlds," for kids entering grades one and two in the fall; bay and estuary estuary (ĕs`chĕr'ē), partially enclosed coastal body of water, having an open connection with the ocean, where freshwater from inland is mixed with saltwater from the sea.  exploration, water investigations, arts and crafts arts and crafts, term for that general field of applied design in which hand fabrication is dominant. July 6-10: "Eco-Explorers," kids entering grades three and four in the fall; learn about the relationship between land and ocean, studying bay, estuary and open ocean habitats.

July 13-17: "Youth Adventure Travel Camp," students entering grades seven to nine in the fall; kayak kayak (kī`ăk), Eskimo canoe, originally made of sealskin stretched over a framework of whalebone or driftwood. It is completely covered except for the opening in which the paddler sits.  to beaver lodge, go on the ocean in search of gray whales and delve into tidepools.

July 13-17: "Oceanology," kids entering grades five and six; trek through estuary mud collecting creatures, and study aquarium animals.

July 17: "Backyard Detectives" for 2- and 3-year-olds with their parents; learn about creatures from butterflies to bunnies, and find "hidden" animals in the aquarium's outdoors.

July 20-24: "Oceans of Fun," kids age 4 and 5; search for baby animals in bay and estuary, meet some of the aquarium's younger residents, sing songs, play games and make aquatic art.

July 20-24: "Youth Adventure Travel Camp," kids entering grades four to six. Explore tidepools, sandy beaches Sandy Beach (location ) is on the South Shore of Oʻahu in Hawaiʻi. It is known for its shorebreak for bodyboarding and bodysurfing. The area is also known for its strong current and dangerous shorebreak. , estuaries, forests and ocean (by boat) to study predator-prey relationships.

July 27-31: "Water Worlds," grades one and two; hands-on investigation and outdoor exploration plus games, art and animal encounters.

Aug. 3-7: "Eco-Explorers," grades three and four; learn about the relationship between land and ocean, studying bay, estuary and open ocean habitats.

Aug. 8: "Family Sleepover," ages 7 and up; sleep in the "Passages of the Deep" tunnels, plus scavenger hunt, hands-on experiences, with dinner, snack and light breakfast included.

Aug. 10-14: "Youth Adventure Travel Camp," grades seven to nine; kayak to beaver lodge, go on the ocean in search of gray whales and delve into tidepools.

Aug. 21: "Winged Wonders," 2- and 3-year-olds with their parents; learn about coastal birds through songs, games, crafts and aquarium visits.

Aug. 24-28: "Water Worlds," grades one and two; hands-on investigation and outdoor exploration plus games, art and animal encounters.

Sept. 4: "Family Adventure Travel Camp," ages 6 and up; kayaking Kayaking is the use of a kayak for moving across water. Kayaking is differentiated from canoeing by the fact that a kayak has a closed cockpit and a canoe has an open cockpit. They also use a two bladed paddle. Another major difference is in the way the paddler sits in the boat. , tidepooling, exploring "backstage" at the aquarium, and sleeping with the sharks.
