Aqua Xtremes Signs Up Calif. Distributor, Receives Order For 125 XBoards.

TORRANCE, Calif. -- Nova Communications Ltd. (OTCBB:NVAC) announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Aqua Xtremes, Inc., has signed up JMC Distribution as an XBoard distributor in the Newport Beach and Riverside, California areas. JMC has placed an initial order for 125 XBoards.

This represents Aqua Xtremes' sixth distributor to join over the last few weeks. The order for 125 XBoards brings the total to 750 XBoards with an approximate retail value of $6,000,000. The Company plans to begin fulfilling orders in early 2005.
