KETCHUM, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1999--Thomas Gillespie, founder and chairman of the board of Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation (OTC BB:AVBC), announced today that, "Aqua Vie Beverage Corporation has successfully completed Phase I of its 1999 financing program, raising $1 million through a 504 offering."

This financing paves the way for the company's acceleration of its international and domestic production of its all-natural bottled beverage lines, laying the foundation for revenue growth and profitability. Having completed this financing, Aqua Vie is preparing the documentation required to become a fully reporting company.

Gillespie indicated that it is the company's intention to apply to the Nasdaq Small Cap as soon as practical.
