Aqua Society, Inc. to Supply Cold Storage Systems for National Blood Bank for The Ivory Coast.

HERTEN, Germany -- Aqua Society, Inc. (OTCBB:AQAS) (FWB:UP4A) (the "Company") announced today that it has successfully submitted a bid to the National Centre of Blood Transfusion (the national blood bank) for the Ivory Coast (the "CNTS") for the supply of cold storage and refrigerated transportation equipment, including Thermomobile mobile refrigeration units, over a three year period. As a result, the Company has entered into a service agreement with the CNTS whereby the Company will supply the CNTS with its cold storage and refrigerated transport needs during that period. In addition to supplying and installing equipment and materials to the CNTS, the Company has agreed to train CNTS personnel to properly operate and maintain the equipment at no extra charge. The parties have, based on an approximation of the CNTS' equipment needs, estimated that the Company will receive EUR 3,527,843 (approximately US $4,671,928), just under EUR 2,0 million in 2005, EUR 950,000 in 2006 and the balance in 2007. This order is the first order under the agreement that the company announced on January 10, 2005 with the State Ministry of Health and Population for the Ivory Coast. Up to date the Company has visited 8 other hospital's in the Ivory Coast to provide them with estimates for repairing and upgrading those facilities.

The Thermomobile, developed by the Company, is a multi-purpose, self-contained, mobile refrigeration/heating unit designed to be loaded and transported onto a variety of large or small transport vehicles. The device utilizes the power supplied by the vehicle's power system to keep the interior of the unit either cool or warm. The Thermomobile does not require expensive modifications or permanent affixation to the transport vehicle, allowing the vehicle to still be utilized as a non-refrigerated/heated transport.

Aqua Society, Inc. designs and develops technologies for application in the areas of refrigeration, water purification and waste water treatment. In addition to developing the Thermomobile, the Company has developed a working prototype of an apparatus for extracting potable water from the atmosphere and is in the process of developing technologies for optimizing the energy consumption of refrigerating units and refrigerated shipping containers. In addition, the Company has considerable experience and expertise in utilizing membrane and vacuum technologies to design, construct and maintain water purification, water recycling and waste water treatment systems.
