Aqua Develops New Heat Pump.

HERTEN, Germany -- Aqua Society, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB OTCBB

See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
:AQAS)(FWB (Fixed Wireless Broadband) See fixed wireless. :UP4A) announced today that a new heat pump system developed by the Company was sold in Brandenburg, Germany to a global leader in the food processing industry. The heat pump installed by the Company acts as a supplementary system to increase the energy efficiency of the client's existing baking processes.

This new system utilizes the heat of condensation Noun 1. heat of condensation - heat liberated by a unit mass of gas at its boiling point as it condenses into a liquid; "the heat of condensation is equal to the heat of vaporization"  generated from a vacuum cooling system to preheat the process air inside of the baking mechanism. This system utilizes an integrated heat pump with a special type of coolant coolant (kōō´lnt),

to achieve a coefficient of performance The coefficient of performance, or COP (sometimes CP), of a heat pump is the ratio of the output heat to the supplied work or  ("COP") of 8. COP measures the units of heat exchange performance per unit of electrical power used in the process. A COP of 8 essentially means that the heat pump system is able to generate a heat exchange of 800 kW for every 100kW of electricity used. Typical heat pumps have a COP of only 4. By increasing the COP to 8, the heat pump system developed by the Company is able to cut the electricity requirements in half.

The Company believes that this technology can be utilized to increase energy efficiency in a number of HVAC&R related applications.

The Company designs and develops technologies for application in the areas of refrigeration refrigeration, process for drawing heat from substances to lower their temperature, often for purposes of preservation. Refrigeration in its modern, portable form also depends on insulating materials that are thin yet effective. , water purification and waste water treatment. In addition to developing the Thermomobile mobile refrigeration unit, the Company has developed the Aquamission, a product that is capable of extracting potable potable /pot·a·ble/ (po´tah-b'l) fit to drink.

water from ambient air, and is in the process of developing the Thermomission, a product designed to decrease the energy consumption of its HVAC&R products. In addition, the Company has considerable experience and expertise in utilizing membrane and vacuum technologies to design, construct and maintain water purification, water recycling and waste water treatment systems.

This Press Release may contain forward looking statements in addition to historical information. These forward looking statements reflect the current views of management with respect to future events and are subject to risks, uncertainties and other factors that may cause actual results to be materially different from those described in the forward looking statements. In particular, there are no assurances that the Company will be able to modify the above heat pump technology for general application or, even if the heat pump technology can be generally applied in other HVAC&R applications, that the Company will be able to successfully market this technology.
