Shareholders Approve 1 For 10 Reverse Stock Split and Renaming

Aqua Clara Bottling & Distribution of Clearwater, Florida Clearwater is a city located in central Pinellas County, Florida, USA, nearly due west of Tampa. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 108,787; however, according to the 2005 U.S. Census Bureau's estimates, the city's population fell slightly to 108,687.  (0TCBB:AQCB) today announced it has completed its acquisition of BEVsystems International, Ltd. of Miami, a private corporation.

At a special meeting, Aqua Clara shareholders approved a 1 for 10 reverse stock split of its common stock. Shareholders also approved a resolution to rename the Company BEVsystems International, Inc. and trade under a new stock symbol.
