The purchase is the company's second acquisition in Wayne County in the past six months. Aqua Pennsylvania purchased the Honesdale Water Company, which serves approximately 6,000 people within portions of Honesdale Borough and Texas Township, Wayne County, in September 2008. the waste management system is grossly over priced .I lived here for seven months and i have just received a bill for seven months.When talking to customer service they had no answer why it took so long to bill me there seven month bill is more then i paid for a year of service at my del. co. house it is also not fair to charge a flat fee for service it should be by water usage . ther are some homes with one person in it and some with ten how can this be fair!!!!
