Aptuit Appoints Michael J. Butler Ph.D. President, Scientific Operations; The combination of Scientific Excellence, Business Process Improvement and Customer Objectives will Further Establish Aptuit as a Leader in the Drug Development Services Industry.


GREENWICH, Conn. -- Aptuit, Inc. announced today that Dr. Michael J. Butler Michael J. Butler is Professor of Computer Science at the University of Southampton, UK.

Butler was originally from Ireland and received his Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin in 1988.

In addition, he was the Director, Customer Service at Lockheed Environmental Systems and Technology Company and Head of Department, Corning Enseco Incorporated. He also held multiple positions as a bench scientist in the U.S. and the UK.

Dr. Butler earned a Ph.D. from Liverpool University and a B.Sc. degree from Herriot Watt University.
