Aptuit, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Almedica International; Deal Close Marks Another Milestone in Company's Vision to Engineer a Better Drug Development Process.

Almedica provides clinical trial materials to more than 150 customers globally, including many of the largest pharmaceutical companies, and has facilities in Allendale, New Jersey Allendale is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. Following the close of both agreements, Aptuit will employ nearly 2,000 employees in seven global facilities, with units that generated total revenues of over $200 million by providing services to more than 250 customers in the past year. Aptuit's goal is to build a world-class drug development service company, through acquisition and investments in talent, technologies and infrastructure.
