Aptilon Signs Enterprise-Wide AxcelRx(SM) Live Agreement with Top Pharmaceutical Company.


MONTREAL -- Aptilon Corporation (TSX-V: APZ), a leading provider of physician access through its innovative alternative sales and marketing channel, today announced that it has signed a two-year, enterprise-wide agreement, with one of the world's top five pharmaceutical companies for its AxcelRx Live video detailing service, a unique suite of electronic marketing and sales tools that delivers live physician interactions. The anticipated revenue under this agreement, based on the current programs, is approximately $1.0 million for the first 12 months, with the possibility of additional programs to be added in the second year.

Under terms of the agreement, Aptilon will use AxcelRx Live to increase access to key physicians in the U.S. for the Client's sales reps to provide live education for its participating brands. Aptilon links physicians to bio-pharma-sponsored programs through its ReachNet(SM) physician access channel, an extensive network of partner and company-owned websites, with access to more than 450,000 opted-in physicians. Aptilon's AxcelRx Live delivers an average of eight to 15 minutes representative-physician interactions versus the average of two to four minutes for in-office visits.
