AptarGroup Inc. announces promotion of Ralph Poltermann to vice president - risk management.

:ATR ATR Achilles tendon reflex, see Ankle reflex ) announced the promotion of Ralph Poltermann to vice president - risk management.

In this new capacity, Poltermann will be responsible for AptarGroup's North American North American

 insurance programs and the coordination of company insurance coverages worldwide. He will also be directly responsible for the North American treasury operations, as well as coordinating the company's treasury, cash management functions and foreign currency hedging on a worldwide basis.

Poltermann joined AptarGroup in 1982 as accounting manager for Seaquist Dispensing, a division of AptarGroup, and was promoted to controller of the division in 1984. In 1987 he became manager of finance and materials at Seaquist Pumps, another AptarGroup subsidiary. In September 1992 Poltermann was transferred to AptarGroup's headquarters as group finance and insurance manager. In this most recent capacity, Poltermann was part of the management team responsible for Aptar's successful spinoff Spinoff
