POWAY, Calif. -- Apricorn, a leader in personal storage, announced today the availability of the MicroKey, the most durable USB-IF certified memory key on the market.

Available in 4GB and 6GB capacities, Apricorn's USB powered MicroKey features a durable, crush-resistant aluminum alloy casing and extensive shock mounting, insulating the 1" HDD from vibration and shock. Its slim design and swivel interface allows access to virtually any USB port, and with dimensions of 3.4" x 2" x .50" and weighing only 2.5 ounces, the MicroKey is the most portable and robust memory key available today.

Included with the MicroKey are a protective carrying case, 1 meter USB cable extension, and Second Copy 2000 Synchronizing Software and Cryptainer Encryption Software.

--Cryptainer Encryption Software utilizing Blowfish 128bit encryption, a mathematical process of scrambling data to ensure maximum privacy protection.

--Second Copy 2000 Synchronizing Software allows for file sharing between multiple PCs, ensuring replication tasks are efficient and maintain data integrity.
