Apptis to Provide Engineering Support to Social Security Administration.

Integrator Partners with MicroTech on Five-Year Contract

CHANTILLY, Va. -- Apptis, Inc., a leading IT solutions and services provider to the public sector, today announced that the company will support a five-year contract with the Social Security Administration as a subcontractor to MicroTech LLC.

Apptis will provide a broad range of engineering services for the Social Security Administration's mainframe, distributed and telecommunications environments. The scope of work includes software, hardware and telecommunications support, production and operations control and integration and environmental testing of the IT systems.

The work will be performed at the Social Security Administration's headquarters in Woodlawn, Maryland as well as the Administration's data center in Durham, North Carolina.
