Apptis Appoints Frank Frisbie Vice President of Strategic Initiatives To Support Transportation Sector.


CHANTILLY, Va. -- Apptis, Inc. announced today that Frank L. Frisbie has been appointed vice president of Strategic Initiatives with responsibility for developing the company's business in the transportation sector.

Frisbie, a longtime former senior executive with the Federal Aviation Administration Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), component of the U.S. Department of Transportation that sets standards for the air-worthiness of all civilian aircraft, inspects and licenses them, and regulates civilian and military air traffic through its air traffic control , most recently had been vice president and Senior Client Executive for Civil Aviation with Northrop Grumman Information Technology. Frisbie was responsible for helping the company meet challenges associated with air traffic control and management.
