AppsMall.com L.L.C. Names New CFO; Douglas A. Banski joins AppsMall.com's Executive Team.

Tony Shearing, Chief Executive Officer of AppsMall.com L.L.C., today announced the hiring of Douglas A. Banski as the company's Chief Financial Officer.

Banski brings more than 15 years experience in strategic financial and operational planning and is recognized as an authority in managing the rapid growth associated with Internet companies. Most recently, Banski served as Chief Financial Officer of Hall-Mark Global Solutions, an industry-leading, value-added distributor of enterprise computing systems, software and services, marketing exclusively to the reseller channel.

Banski previously served as CFO for the midrange distributor division of JBA International Inc., a London-based ERP software company. During his tenure as CFO, the JBA midrange distributor division grew from a start-up business to over $100 million in revenues in four years. In February 1999, Avnet Inc., purchased that division from JBA and merged it with its own division, Hall-Mark Global Solutions. Banski was then named CFO at Hall-Mark.

In that position, Banski directed treasury and contract administration departments and also oversaw all mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and budgeting. He also worked as a financial manager and auditor for ARAMARK Corporation, and he began his career as an auditor at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now known as KPMG L.L.C.).
