ApproveIt(tm) Desktop includes ApproveIt for Office, ApproveIt for PDF (Portable Document Format) The de facto standard for document publishing from Adobe. On the Web, there are countless brochures, data sheets, white papers and technical manuals in the PDF format.  and ApproveIt for FormFlow which provides support respectively for MS-Word(tm), MS-Excel(tm), Adobe Acrobat Document exchange software from Adobe that allows documents to be displayed and printed the same on every computer.
