Pearson, MAI, of Pearson Partners, was appointed second vice president; Joel Leitner, MAI, of Leitner Group Leitner Group is a South Tyrolean (Italian) conglomerate that owns and runs several industrial and equipment companies. Founded in 1888, Leitner formed Leitner Group in a reorg in 2003. As of 2005, the group employs 1500 people. , was appointed secretary, and Matthew |C. Mondanile, MAI, of Cushman & Wakefield, was appointed treasurer. The Appraisal Institute's 2005 National President Bruce Bruce, Scottish royal family descended from an 11th-century Norman duke, Robert de Brus. He aided William I in his conquest of England (1066) and was given lands in England. Kellogg, MAI, of Cushman & Wakefield, and the immediate past president Gary P. Taylor, MAI, of Rogers & Taylor Appraisers, were present at the St. Regis Hotel installation ceremony.
