Appraiser's forum in California.


The Appraiser A person selected or appointed by a competent authority or an interested party to evaluate the financial worth of property.

Appraisers are frequently appointed in probate and condemnation proceedings and are also used by banks and real estate concerns to determine the market
 Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation has announced that it plans to conduct a public forum regarding recommendations for future minimum qualification for real property appraisers. The forum will be held at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel The following hotels are named the Drake Hotel:
  • The Drake Hotel, Chicago
  • The Drake Hotel, Philadelphia
  • Drake Hotel (Toronto)

The Appraiser Qualifications Board was given the responsibility of setting the minimum qualification requirements for real property appraisers by the U.S. Congress in 1989.
